Deliveries are made by Speedex courier.
Once you have placed an order by registration, you will receive an update in your mail, the day of sending your order with all shipping details and the shipping ID (coupon) of the package so you can see where to find your shipment (tracking) anytime.
Deliveries are made throughout the day from 09:00 to 18:00.
Delivery on Saturday, as well as delivery at a specific time is charged an additional 4 euros
When it comes to bulky or heavy products such as crates and large impressions then the shipment is made through a transport company.
With regard to bulky-oversized products, COD COD may not be possible in some parts of Greece.

All our products can be picked up from the free store.
Note: Please do not come to the store if we do not first inform you that your order is ready via SMS on your mobile.
Shipping Weight
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated based on the formula: Volumetric Weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000
Cost of transportation
The shipment is made with a charge of only 3.50 euros (up to 3Kg) for the whole of Greece. Each additional kilo is charged with 1 €. Cash on delivery is charged extra with 3 €
The products have a chargeable weight (Real or Volumetric), at the completion of the order and when you see the exact cost of transport for each transport company.
So the extra charge, if any, is added to the total cost and completion of your order in detail.
Order processing time
Order processing time is the time it takes for the order to be prepared, packaged and invoiced so that it is not for shipment. The average processing time of the order is 3-4 working days. The above times can be increased depending on the volume of orders, but also the delays that transport companies may have.
Delivery time by transport companies
For Couriers the delivery times are
- Delivery to 1-2 working days in Mainland Greece from the date of shipment
- delivery to 2-4 working days in Island Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the shipment
For transport companies the delivery times are
- Delivery to 2-5 working days in Mainland Greece from the date of shipment
- Delivery to 5-10 working days in Island Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the shipment
Order Delay
Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:
- When extreme weather events or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.
- In peak times.
- Finally, in any case where it is not possible to contact you (by phone or e-mail) to deal with any problems regarding your order or its payment. For example, when your login information is not properly updated.
The above charges include freight insurance and packaging where applicable.
The above charges include VAT 24%.
